General terms and conditions

1. Scope

These general terms and conditions apply to all coaching sessions, consultations, workshops and courses offered by Caroline Nickels dit Hoffmann, Flügelweit, unless otherwise agreed separately.

2. Payment

Invoices are due immediately upon issue, and no later than within 7 days. Payment is generally made before the first session unless otherwise agreed. Where payment in instalments has been agreed, we reserve the right to terminate the contract early after a written reminder with a reasonable deadline if an instalment is not paid.

3. Right of withdrawal

For in-person courses, coaching and workshops there is a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days, which must be exercised in writing. For services provided online that are performed immediately, there is no right of withdrawal once the service has been fully rendered.

4. Cancellation

If an agreed appointment is cancelled, the following cancellation fees apply:

• Up to 3 weeks before the appointment: 50 percent of the price
• Up to 1 week before the appointment: 75 percent of the price
• On the day of the appointment itself: 100 percent of the price

For cancellations within 14 days before the appointment, an additional handling fee of 100 euros applies.

5. Liability

My services are support on an energetic, mental and spiritual level. No particular result is owed, and any liability for it is excluded. Clients bear full responsibility for any damage they cause themselves.

6. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

German law applies. To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction for disputes arising from this contractual relationship is the provider’s registered place of business (Mettlach, Germany).
