My path to this work
As a mother of five children, one of whom died very early, I lived my life for a long time simply functioning, without really sensing what I needed myself. I know toxic and abusive relationships from my own experience. After gastric bypass surgery, a very difficult time followed in my mid-thirties. That was the point at which I began to look for a different path.
On this path I got to know countless valuable tools, from energetic healing work and coaching methods to mediumistic work. It is exactly this experience that sets me apart from pure textbook knowledge. I have lived through what I work on with you.
How I work today
I have a direct way with people and a fine sensitivity that helps me quickly perceive energetic blockages. Instinctively I sense which tools suit you right now, to support you on your way to more inner balance and a life full of happiness and contentment.
With me you can work in one-to-one coachings, in workshops and in group formats. I combine energetic healing work such as energy work, emotional work such as inner child work and systemic constellations, and mediumistic guidance such as card reading and channeling into a coherent whole.
