Numerology: why it's more than just playing with numbers

When I mention numerology I sometimes get a sceptical smile, and that's perfectly fine. I don't see numerology as fortune-telling but as a tool for self-reflection, similar to a well-made personality test, only with roots that go back thousands of years.

What exactly is calculated

Your date of birth and your full name give rise to various core numbers, for example your life path number. Each of these numbers stands for certain themes, strengths and developmental tasks that often come up again and again in your life.

What it feels like in practice

In a session we look at your numbers together and compare them with your actual life experience. This often leads to an aha moment: “That explains why this theme has followed me my whole life.” It's exactly this moment of recognition that matters to me, not predicting the future.

What numerology is particularly good for

Numerology is a good fit when you're at a turning point and looking for orientation, when you want to understand recurring patterns in your life, or simply when you're curious about a new perspective on yourself. I often combine it with coaching conversations so that the insight really turns into something.
