2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Hostinger. When you visit the website, the hosting provider automatically collects information in so-called server log files that your browser transmits (e.g. IP address, date and time of the request, browser type, operating system). This data is used for the technical provision and security of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is not combined with other data sources.
3. Getting in touch
If you contact us by email, Instagram or via a booking link, your details will be stored by us to process your enquiry and in case of follow-up questions (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not pass this data on without your consent.
4. Booking, online shop and forms (Wix)
For online booking, the online shop and our contact and newsletter forms we use the technical platform of Wix.com, Inc. / Wix.com Ltd. (3 Dev Street, Tel Aviv, Israel). When you make a booking, a purchase or fill in a form, the data you enter (e.g. name, email, and where applicable address and payment details) is transmitted to and processed by Wix in order to handle the booking, order or enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The legal basis for sending the newsletter is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); you can withdraw it at any time via the unsubscribe link or by emailing us. As Wix also processes data outside the EU, the transfer is based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. 5. Online shop on Shopify
Our online shop currently runs on Shopify (Shopify International Limited, Dublin, Ireland). The shop is only linked from this website, not embedded. Only when you click a shop link do you switch to Shopify, where Shopify's privacy policy applies to your order and payment: shopify.com/legal/privacy.
6. Links to social networks
On this website you will find links to our profiles on Instagram and TikTok. These are plain links, not embedded plugins. Only when you actively click such a link do you leave our website, and the privacy policy of the respective provider applies.
7. Google Fonts
This website loads fonts (Google Fonts) directly from servers of Google Ireland Limited. In doing so, a connection to Google's servers may be established and your IP address transmitted to Google (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in a consistent presentation of the website). 8. Cookies
This website itself does not set any analytics or marketing cookies. The embedded Wix services for booking, the online shop and forms (see section 4) may set technically necessary cookies required for them to work (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). On your first visit a cookie notice informs you about this; your choice is only stored locally in your browser.

You have the right at any time to information about the personal data we hold about you, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of processing. You also have the right to rectification, restriction or erasure of this data, and the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
